Author Stephen Cope believes that the secret to unlocking your deep purpose can be found in the 2,000-year-old spiritual classic called the Bhagavad Gita. In The Great Work of Your Life, Cope takes us on a step-by-step journey through this revered tale and interweaves it with the lives of modern day people who embody its central principles.
Join us as we dive into the lives of Jane Goodall, Walt Whitman, Susan B. Anthony, Harriet Tubman, Ludwig van Beethoven, and Mohandas K. Gandhi to reveal the fears, doubts, trials, and passions we all face when we dare to live an authentic life.

Free yourself from chronic pain while building mobility, stability, and strength! In this 6-week series you will focus on slow, mindful movements that create conscious awareness of your body and the patterns it holds. Together we will explore ways to move well, bring sleepy muscles back online, and create freedom in the joints.
Appropriate for all levels and great for a wide range of goals – SomaYoga is a blend of Somatics, Therapeutic Yoga, and Hatha Yoga.
